Every Salesforce Dreamin' Event Left in 2026: Dates, Locations & What to Prepare

Six Salesforce community conferences remain on the 2026 calendar from today through December. Two land in July, one in August, Dreamforce in September, and three more in autumn. Here is the complete calendar — confirmed dates, venues, who each event is for, and what to do before you arrive.

What makes Dreamin' events different from Dreamforce

Dreamin' events are community-led. They are organised by local Trailblazer groups, funded through sponsorships and ticket sales, and run on community goodwill rather than corporate budgets. Sessions tend to reflect what practitioners are actually building — not what Salesforce is currently trying to sell. The networking is tighter. The content is less polished and more honest.

That is not a criticism of Dreamforce. It is an observation about what different formats are good for. Dreamforce is where you go to understand Salesforce's product direction for the next two years. Dreamin' events are where you go to hear what people are doing with Salesforce right now — the problems they hit in production, the workarounds that work, the migrations that nearly went sideways.

Texas Dreamin' — July 9-10, 2026 | Austin, TX

Venue: AT&T Hotel and Conference Center, Austin, Texas
Format: Two-day conference with keynote and multiple breakout tracks
Best for: Admins, architects, and developers in the central US region

Texas Dreamin' consistently delivers strong technical content — particularly for orgs running Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud at scale. The Austin venue has comfortable capacity for the conference size, and the speaker community skews toward practitioners with real implementation experience rather than vendor representatives. Sessions run 45 minutes with Q&A, and the speaker selection is peer-nominated.

If you want unfiltered conversations about what actually works in large enterprise orgs — data models, governor limits, deployment pipelines, permission set architecture — Texas Dreamin' is the event for that. The smaller scale means you can actually follow up with speakers after their sessions.

Midwest Dreamin' — July 15-17, 2026 | Minneapolis, MN

Venue: Hyatt Regency Minneapolis
Format: 2.5-day conference (afternoon Wednesday through noon Friday)
Best for: All experience levels — admin, developer, architect, and business analysis tracks

Now in its 12th year, Midwest Dreamin' is one of the largest community-led Salesforce conferences in North America. The multi-track format means there is something for every level, from first-year admins through senior architects. The admin track in particular is well-curated — topics tend to run 18-24 months ahead of what Salesforce puts in its Help documentation, because the speakers are solving these problems in production orgs right now.

Minneapolis is logistically easy — direct flights from most major US cities, the venue is walkable, and the Hyatt hotel block typically holds until late June. Book accommodation early if you are attending both Texas Dreamin' and Midwest Dreamin' in the same July window.

Dreamin' in Color — August 13-15, 2026 | Atlanta, GA

Venue: Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead, 3300 Peachtree Rd NE
Format: Three-day conference with keynote, technical breakouts, and networking sessions
Best for: Career development, underrepresented practitioners, and strong technical content

Dreamin' in Color is the most intentional of the Dreamin' events when it comes to career development programming. The technical tracks are genuinely technical — this is not a diluted event. But Dreamin' in Color also runs programming you do not get anywhere else: certification sponsorship matching, mentorship roundtables, negotiation workshops, and panels from practitioners who built Salesforce careers without the traditional entry pathways.

The conference has a specific mission: elevating Black, Latinx, and Hispanic professionals in the Salesforce ecosystem. The quality of content, speaker selection, and community energy reflects that mission directly. If your organisation has new Salesforce hires in their first two years, sending them alongside more experienced team members is one of the better development investments available in 2026.

Dreamforce 2026 — September 15-17, 2026 | San Francisco, CA

Venue: Moscone Center, San Francisco
Format: Three-day flagship conference with keynotes, thousands of sessions, and the Trailhead zone
Best for: Platform strategy, Agentforce direction, partner ecosystem evaluation

Dreamforce 2026 will be the Agentforce conference. Every pre-event signal — release notes, World Tour content, and Summer '26 announcements — points there. The keynote on September 15 will set the product agenda for 2027. The sessions on September 16 and 17 will provide the architecture guidance your teams need to act on that agenda.

The scale is overwhelming if you arrive without a plan. Practitioners who get the most from Dreamforce identify three or four specific questions they need answered, target sessions that address those questions directly, and spend evenings in the smaller gatherings where peer conversations happen. The expo floor is useful for comparing vendors; it is not useful for learning.

Agentforce's MCP integration — the basis of our Synapse managed package for Claude MCP connectivity — will almost certainly feature prominently in the platform track. If you are evaluating how to connect AI tools to your Salesforce org without custom development overhead, the Dreamforce sessions on MCP and the Headless 360 platform are worth prioritising.

Later in the year: True North, Northeast, and Florida Dreamin'

Three more events round out the 2026 community conference calendar, with dates to be confirmed:

How to prepare for any Dreamin' event

The practitioners who get the most from community conferences share a few consistent habits:

• Arrive with a specific problem, not a vague learning goal. "I want to learn about Agentforce" produces a scattered conference experience. "I need to understand how to scope an Agentforce pilot for a 200-user Service Cloud org with legacy data quality issues" produces useful conversations. Be specific enough that a stranger in a hallway can give you a useful answer.
• Book sessions in the first hours after registration opens. The sessions that fill fastest are the ones with honest post-mortems and real production case studies. Set a calendar reminder for the minute registration goes live.
• Attend one session outside your usual track. An admin who sits in an architecture session, or a developer who attends an adoption strategy talk, almost always returns with something unexpectedly valuable. Cross-track learning breaks assumptions you did not know you were carrying.
• Follow up within 48 hours. LinkedIn connection requests sent the evening of the event get accepted. Requests sent two weeks later get ignored. Send the message while the context is fresh on both sides.
