Most Salesforce projects don't fail loudly. They stall quietly — a migration that loses files, a layout no rep wants to open at 4pm, an automation nobody can explain a year later. We started QuickBild to build the other kind of org: the kind that closes deals.
What we do
We design, build and automate Salesforce end-to-end — Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Agentforce. Every engagement runs through the same six-phase method: Discover, Architect, Build, Automate, Adopt, Evolve. Phased delivery means you see working value in under two weeks, not a big-bang reveal six months in.
Along the way we kept hitting the same three problems on almost every project — so we productized the fixes as managed packages, built to AppExchange security standards:
- Relay — org-to-org file migration through your own AWS S3 bucket, with zero-loss transfers and a complete audit log.
- Steward — user lifecycle management: onboard, offboard, clone and govern users in clicks instead of afternoons in Setup.
- Synapse — a one-click MCP connection between Salesforce and Anthropic's Claude, including a Sales Coach agent that reads your live pipeline and tells reps the next best move.
How we think
Adoption is an architecture decision, not a training afterthought. If usage isn't designed in, ROI is designed out.
That principle shapes everything: data models clean enough for AI to trust, automations tied to named KPIs, role-based layouts built for the person actually entering the data, and a governance layer that makes autonomous agents safe instead of scary. When Agentforce or any AI workflow lands on a QuickBild org, the foundation can carry it.
Why "QuickBild"?
It's the two promises in one word: quick — first working value in days, not quarters — and build (spelled the way we say it), because we're builders before we're consultants. Our logo is a stack of blocks with the top one still landing. That's how we ship: fast, in layers, every layer solid before the next one drops.
Where we work
We're a remote-first team serving B2B companies worldwide — SaaS, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, retail, nonprofits and the public sector. If your revenue runs through Salesforce, we speak your language.
